Identify my Philco Predicta

I have a blonde philco predicta 21" meatal cabinet with the speaker built on the side on about foot long legs its a console anybody know what model it is, ive never seen one like it. It worked 2 months ago as you can see.
also why when i turn it on it comes on then the screen slowly goes black? I replaced the 6da4 damper the 6dq6 looks pretty bright thogh could be the 1b3?

Your 21" Predicta appears to use the same chassis as the 17" models did. On mine (17" model), the picture would come up nice and strong, but fade to black as well. What happened was a solder joint would open up around the damper tube, shutting down its filament. By hardwiring in the filament circuit, I was back in business.

Plugging those tubes back in should help it work better too.

I wonder what the collectablity of those Non-bubble tops is compared to the bubble top models.

I know I have all the tubes, I was working on it when the photos were taken.

Much, much less. Without the distinctive screen suspended above the cabinet, it's just another boring 1950s TV.

Check the .047 cap that goes from the width control to flyback, pin 8.
