Admiral 19A11

I have finished recapping and replacing most or the resistors on my Admiral 19A11 and it is working but...... The audio is good but the picture has a couple issues and I am not to sure what to look at so was hoping for some suggestions. The size is fine and adjustable as it should be but on the left side is I think the horizontal blanking bar and I cant get rid of it. Also there is what looks like static bars that slowly drift down from the top through the picture. They are about 1" wide with a 1/2" perfect picture space and then another static bar and so on.
Any suggestions on things to look at?
