Anybody in St Louis with a CRT tester?
I need to check a 5TP4 before I tear into a set. I'd bring the tube to your place (or where ever) and would really appreciate your help.
Thanks Phil |

My B&K will test that tube. If you can't get anyone local, I can send it to you, and you can send it back when you're done.

That would be much appreciated. If I'm not successful in 2-3 weeks I'll contact you.
Thanks Phil |

Phil,
I work in St. Louis (Maplewood) and have a CRT tester. What part are you in? I'm in Chicago until the middle of the week but we might be able to meet later in the week or next week.

How the phosphor looks on that tube may be a good indicator.
Those projection tubes can get quite brown. |
