capacitor issue

I have picked up another zzenith black and white tv set this weekend and I was able to order all of the caps and resistors exceps for a few parts that I need help with.
I have a .0047 mfd cap and a .0068 mfd cap I can't find this value anywhere so I was going to make some but I dont know the valus of capacitors that I would need to add up to or down to those odd valus.
also there is a thing on my board thet looks like a ceramic capacitor but it has three legs it is completely busted on the schematic it is listed as m7 part no. 87-5 verticle what would I use to replace this?

Dont change all the resistors! thats insane!

If you must, change the electrolytic caps, wax and black beautys.

The 3 leg thing is an integrator. Its very important, its a series of resistors and capacitors. You can make one, I have some of the schematics here. http://boxcarcabin.com/integrator.html

Again with the resistors especially, dont introduce all that new chinese junk in that set, you are opening yourself up to nothing but a headache.

Also those cap values are very common, i can go to the local store and get them. Maybe look for them as 4700pf and 6800pf but i wouldnt change them unless they are wax or blacks.

The chassis number is 17y20 its the exact same as my other one.
Also what are the voltages for the caps inside the integrator?
