How do we delete our posts?

Can anyone tell me if a person can delete a post they have typed in?

And how can I see more per page? I changed the settings but still only can see 25 msgs per page, very annoying.

Over a short amount of time, you can delete your post. If you find that you can't delete it, simply go back to edit it, and delete all of your content.
