Zenith 16Z7C50 problem

A few days ago I turned on this set and it had these bars. This hasn’t happend before and it will not go away. I unplugged anything that might cause interference but nothing. Also, the right side is much brighter than the left. Might this be a failed cap?

Might be a cap. If it were a SS set I would say yes.

It could the capacitor that supplies the 24 VDC for the solid state IF strip, etc.
It's worth a try, first!
