What model is this Trinitron?

It's in a flashback scene from Corner Gas season 5, episode 1, "Cable Excess". Fast-forward to 4:15.

I don't know, but here's a screenshot to encourage responses... it looks like one of the many Sonys that used to come through the shop.

Super, thanks. I assume there are not that many different non-remote, varactor-tuned Trinitrons in that size. Hopefully that will narrow it down significantly.

It's very close to this 1981 model but with a different grille, unfortunately they don't give the model number. It's on Pinterest so even the year is suspect, I assume they got it off the rear label?

Edit: this is Probably a KV-1913 like Inx64 posted above.

About 10-15 years ago a gardening and X-mas tree place in the Chicago suburbs had one of those outside for employee entertainment....How water did not kill it I can't say.

KV-1914 maybe? I read they share a chassis, saw a photo of a schematic for both, but for the life of me I can't find a photo of a KV-1914.

I have the exact TV. It was never used (part of an emergency ops center, the cord was still strapped and bagged). Had to recap the entire set.

Wow that's awesome. That set was well worth a recap. So much for what I read about electrolytics only failing from a lot of use. The fellow who gave me my KV-1921 said it hadn't been used in about 20 years. It's in fantastic shape and the CRT seems strong - I haven't pulled the back for a test - but it does have issues.

for lytics dis-use is often much worse than heavy use.

Now I'm curious, after watching Poltergeist, what Trinitron is this?

I looked it up one time but can't remember. I saw one for sale on CL or eBay not too long ago.

Okay, looks like a KV-2645RS, found the one on eBay but unless it's the actual set from the movie then the seller must be high.
Set is plugged in but not one picture of it on.
