I'm going to climb death-defyingly far out on a limb and say it's some kind of CG creation. It looks for all the world like "Disney" to me. I'd love to be proven wrong but as cool as it looks there's just something off about it.

Yep, it's a fantasy set at some attraction in Disneyworld, however they really exist, not CG.
Someone had posted about them before, that's how I know about them.

Here's another example.

Ah, then more of a prop-department creation.

A fantasy, but the knobs look stolen from Admiral.

You see a lot of stuff like that at the "Prime-Time Café" at Disney World

So in other words, they could still make a product that looks interesting yet has some of the positive aspects that modern technology has given us. I notice that it seems to be a flat screen of some sort. That would be a plus if they are playing around the clock.

The show on the screen looks like it could be from "The Donna Reed Show."
