1985 "13 Mitsubishi

This tv probably has best picture of any CRT TV I have used but dose have a problem it has horizontal lines in the picture. Think it could need new caps but I'm not sure. So if any one can give me some tips on might be worng so I can fix it. I don't have tv at my house. Which means I can't I don't know it. I

Yup those were very good sets, better than the newer ones.
There are a few common caps that go. First post a
screen shot of the problem & the model number.
