Ok thanks 👍, I'll get in there and see what I come up with. Also, when I push the breaker, should it stay all the way in, or does it come back a little bit?

Most sets it comes back a bit. It it was tripped you'll feel/hear a click when you reset it, if it wasn't tripped you'll feel some spring pressure and maybe scraping.
