Is there a particular set you're trying to adapt the jig to? I don't have an instruction manual for mine either but I can help you configure your CK3000 for any color roundy.

Pretty much all you need to know for hooking up roundys is in this thread. If there's anything more specifically you need just let me know.

thank you Kevin for your help ,that was going to be my next option ,reverse engineer it, but it sure would be nice to have the setup chart so i could use it on any chassis without tearing into every time . that seems to be the norm though with manuals and the paperwork with test equipment from estate sells, they don't take the time to search for anything that might go with an idem there just quick to sell it, everything else hits a dumpster . thanks again

Here's a couple more links to posts that may have been where I gleaned my previous information. It sure would be appreciated if someone could scan and their tube era setup guide, possibly post that information on the ETF website. Actually I'd be very surprised if that info isn't lurking some place in the ETF archives.

A google search indicates that Custom Components Corp is still in business, so now I wonder if they could possibly have any older setup manuals in their archives.

i checked them to after i wrote back earlier ,i didn't get a chance to look for a contact email or business number . being that they still made a update in the 90's maybe they kept all the info and we can reorder the charts and manuals, plus any new updates would have been made .

If they ever finish rebuilding my house from the fire so I can set up my shop again, I have the manuals and can scan them. Right now they are packed away somdwhere I hope.

Well after more research the outfit google found seems to be into making store fixtures and office furniture. So probably no connection to the place that made these TV test jigs.
