Scott 370 vs Fisher 800B
Can anyone comment on which is better? if there is such a notion??

the scott 370 is just a tube tuner whereas the fisher 800 is a complete receiver so comparing them is a moot point.if you meant to say scott 370r thats a solidstate receiver and i'd stay away from it and definately get the fisher.
