KV-1722 schematics are found in ETD's TEKFAX 113 - available free at World RadioHistory.com:

Everybody here should have the paper or digital form of TEKFAX ! They are direct copies of manufacturer schematics, with limited parts info, sorta like the old Beitman books.

FYI, NTE parts direct has NTE276's on clearance, cheap, about 6 bucks each. The NTE 276 is NTE's replacement for the SG-613 and SG-613A SCS used in the KV-1722.
