B&K 5491b no display

B&K 5491b no display
U127 l7805 out put is shorted..
I removed it and the filter cap so its somewhere on the 5v line.
I sent a request to B&K..
A schematic would be great
I did google searches non found so far.
anyone had issues with these ?
