use this link to look up semi's
http://www.nteinc.com/semiconductors.php?a=12

I think what you are working on is in the US a PVM monitor.
Yours may be close to a PVM1200, that may help you.
There are many on this list with experience with them.
Good Luck

I thought the model number looked like the PAL version of the KV1200 series.
We had to use the 12" screen size because of our laws, but the rest of the world didn't!

Never had a problem with the power supply, but it had bad 'lytics in the PC corrector, where it was distorting the picture on the right. The vertical lines in the picture were curving to the right.
I sold it when the CRT was showing it's age.

Does this set use an SCR for horz output ?
Or separate HV & sweep outputs ?
Or just one transistor ?
If SCR usually it shorts & blows the power supply. VERY
hard to fix, either bad drive or load in the HV. If you
dont find everything thats bad will blow again.

Cant help with circuit, schematic too blurry.

The KV1212 uses the 2SC267 transistors in the HV sweep circuits.
The circuit is a little tricky and it used selected components. You generally had to use genuine Sony replacements which were hard to get, even years ago. They generally failed when the horiz driver transformer connections needed resoldering.
They also used those transistors in the power supply.
