Dang, those are some big pictures.

You can test the picture quality easily just get a cheap RF modulator and clip the center of the RF coax to the antenna with an alligator clip test jumper lead....Or get an expensive-ish Blonder Tongue modulator + antenna and transmit your own analog TV channel.

I do the test clip trick too, but if there's antenna jack on the side, I'd rather do it that way. The O/P doesn't show pictures of either side. External antenna jack is usually in the form of a 3mm phone jack. 3mm to coax adaptors are readily available or one can be made up, easily enough.
I use a DTV converter for test, results are great!
The set shown is a re-badged Panasonic, fine performing sets.

Consumer set that MAY have been used for security.
Usually security monitors have no tuner & are from other
mfg's like Panasonic, Sony, JVC etc. Pretty sure none
ever sold under Quasar label ( even though its a Panny).

These were great little sets, best in class IMHO.
Panny / Quasar took time to make them very servicable & of
a high build quality. Just a ball to work on, I could do it
all day.

Loved them red screws. Sure made life easier.
For them that never worked on Panny stuff they used red screws
for the ones that allowed the chassis to be pulled or a sub assembly.
Some things like radios if you pull the wrong screw you could
loose the dial cord, a PIA ! Also many used dial cord assy's that
you could pull off to work on the board. The way things should be done.

I'm amazed at the picture quality of those small screen CRT color sets. I have several small sets, GE space savers, Magnavoxes and Goldstar and Samsung rebadges, Sears, Emerson etc.
