Pull one from a parts set if you got one. Every CCII, most
flat chassii, every 1st gen S-3 & all pre S-3 13" sets have
the same one.
Maybe it was TUD but someone got it from an AC shop.
It had OEM numbers also the Zenith ## and everyone I noticed
were made by GE.

I did, it's not got any uf or voltage values. Just part numbers. Do I just take it into an appliance place and say I need another one?

That is one option. Another is to put the numbers on it into google and see what Google has to say about its rating. Yet, another is to search forum threads on this topic for the rating of the part.

Ok, found the correct capacitor, ordered, installed, and it's definitely better, but it still gets the jitters. The picture no longer fluctuates in brightness though. I also cleaned the tuner again while I had the back off.
