Teletone tv-149/sand resistor

Anyone out there that has restored one of these set, Need to get the correct value for the 5 watt sand resistor at pin 3 of the 25Z6 tube(V15B) , the print shows the number 18 , is that 18 ohms or 1.8k ohms?

It is 18 ohms.
