TRK12 radar tube replacement pins

I have one of the rebuilt radar tubes which replace the 12AP4 of the TRK-12. I also have the base.

But I don't have the pin assignments for the base. What are they?

Have you run the number through this database? http://frank.pocnet.net/
They have a good quantity of CRT data there.

But the radar tubes are not just rebuilds, they are
reconstructions. I have no idea what their type originally or whether the new base is the same.

Lot of people do know the answer.
