Avante Horizontal Position Chassis 25EC58

I think I asked this before, but I can't seem to find the answer.

Is there a way of adjusting the horizontal centering? Mine seems to be off by almost an inch to the right. Nothing that is displayed comes up centered, but always to the right. I have the service manual, but can't find anything for adjusting it. Find it hard to believe it is set in the design and can't be adjusted, but what do I know.

Thanks

I dont remember one. If it does it may be a jumper.
Be sure the main B+ is right + or - 2%.
Be sure all 5 safety caps are new & the right type.
Check the base resistor & cap for the hoz output.

B+ is in spec, safety caps have been replaced and all electrolytic caps replaced. Is the H output cap one of the 'lytics? Haven't replaced the resistor.

Under most viewing I don't notice it, but there are many times it triggers my OCD. LOL

Nothing really noticeable with regard to position. Find it odd there isn't an adjustment somewhere. Always thought height, width and position were all necessary adjustments.
