Predicta in an old MTV jingle

A screenshot of an old MTV "jingle". Looks like a Predicta, along with other period interior design.

Check out this use of a 1960 Predicta Debutante (technically a motel version)!

Yes, the image is superimposed but nice fun use of an iconic Predicta!

I can only imagine the reaction of the MTV generation on seeing-to those who were cognizant enuf to so notice it-a Predicta.... Dang, Dude, what was THAT ?!? Looked like a TeeVee, but I never seen nothin' like that...Lemme borrow yr I-thingy a minute, Bro- Battery's about dead on mine... I'll look that GNARLY Doo-Hickey up.... Why do these latter-day hipsters & Kewl Dudes ALWAYS remind me of the opening of "2001" ?!? Except the monkeys were infinitely smarter...

I've never heard of Stingray or the other series done by this studio before, but I think I'm going to have to track down these shows now.

Gerry Anderson and his wife made several TV series and a few movies using there techniques.
