Question Photofact for GE T-1240A

Anyone have a PDF? Sams's website charges an awful lot for those things! Info on this radio would also be appreciated. I just saved one from the parts man. Not exactly antique, but it does use tubes (AA5 I think) and I couldn't think of anywhere else to put this.
