Philco 40-180 restoration

I am working on a philco 40-180 for my collage professor, and according to the riders schematic, the RF coupling transformer (inductor coil actually) between the RF amplifier and the oscillator stage has been snipped out at one time.

the only thing the schematic tells me, is the coil is 3.5ohms, and has a philco part number of 32-3194.

Any idea what this coil actually is? by the looks of the schematic it looks like a RF choke of some sort. Its missing out of the unit, and I need to either find a new one, or rewind a new one.

It doesnt say the mh value or nothing.

Anyone have this I can have?

Just restored one today (40-180 code 121), had a bad first IF coil, primary was open and ended up hiding a new style one in the old can.
Here is a picture of the coil, the tan thing that looks like a capacitor. I measured it in circuit and came up with approximatly 8 uH, had to use long leads to get at it so the value is only close, after looking at the circuit it should not be critical 5 to 15 uH should work.
