I've got a "60", but mine AIN'T anywhere near that pretty. It was one of the first "Plug into the Wall" radios, IIRC. You'll have to get a speaker & antenna for it, & you REALLY should get someone to check it out, electronically. But despite its age-1928/29 or so-they are pretty good performers. Run an antenna wire outside to the tree over in the corner of yr yard, staying clear from power lines of course, & I'll bet it'll surprise you on some of these cold nights we've got coming up...

I had one back in the 70's. The only thing I remember about it was it had a lot of open resistors in the power supply along with the usual stuff. Diagram is here

Good luck

thanks 7"estatdef,
after unloading the car i found a service manual that covers a lot of 1930 radios, the model 60 included. the auctioneer threw at me, i think i paid a buck for it. hell of an auction, i think 65 radios went today and a whole bunch of tubes. there was a drop dead georgeous rca floor model i regret not bidding on, i think it went for 40, i think it was a 19k.
