Transformer Spec hunt?
Hi folks, hoping maybe someone here has an old catalog they could dig up some info for me. I've got two transformers here that I'm wondering what the specs/turns ratio is, and google has failed me. They came out of an electronics shop clean-up (the guy that collected these retired was here for a LONG time, long enough for these to be tube-era)
Only possible reference I can find is here http://www.hammondmfg.com/pdf/Hammond_G48.pdf but I'm pretty sure it's not the type 210 mentioned there since there's no filament winding by the looks of it. Both are from Hammond Mfg, Canada, 120v primary, 60 hz, type XA. One side has two red wires and a yellow, the other side has black/red, black and black/yellow wires. One is catalogue no. 210E with 52VA and a hand-written label "13-013 2A", and a silver "DB0J" stamp on it the other is 210J, 150VA and a hand written label "3A", silver "DB3D" stamp There's no other info on/about these anywhere, they came out of a miscellaneous bucket in which I also found a nice isolation transformer, so I'm kind-of hoping for more of the same. Just thought I'd ask here before I bust out the ohmmeter and a small AC wall wart to see what they are. |
