The 4 digit model ## is useless. Look for the long number on
a plate, format is ###.###### its the source code.
First 3 digits are the MFG ( Warwick in this case) then look up in Sams.
The Horz out is expensive so check the CRT first.
Also cant be sure but the HV cup looks chewed up & the shielding
is missing......
