80's Symphonic VCR
Hi
I'm Trying to find a Symphonic vcr that someone had yrs ago I've seen it at there house in the 90's it was an 80's model grey color front loading, push button tuning, mono, probably 2 head was not a slim vcr it was tall. i can't find it on line anywhere |

Do you mean the oldest Symphonic VHS VCR made in 1984-1985, with a MBK-94 mechanism? That would be models VCR4007 (wired remote) and VCR4500 (wireless remote). Both have push-button tuners.

here's a pic i found of vcr4007 but i don't think that's it i don't remember it having sliver buttons. so maybe it's the other model.

What about this one? But this one seems to have channel up/down keys with an LED channel indicator. I think Symphonic also rebadged these.

it was probably the same height as that one. I've seen that same emerson one at goodwill yrs ago but it did not work. and they probably wanted too much for it.

It could also be 1986 Symphonic VCR5000. Is the power supply transformer located at the far-right end corner or far-left end corner? If at the left-end corner power supply, then it's 1987 VCR5200 or 1988 VCR5400 and newer.
