If you mean on the "Reply to Post" screen, I get some gobbledygook too. Just something we have to live with for the time being while they fry bigger fish over at AK.....

Not entirely sure if it's a matter of 'bigger fish to fry'. My guess is that the image files for the formatting button icons (bold, italics, underline, etc.) in the Reply to Thread screen were shared between AK and VK, and with the switch from VBulletin to Xenforo, those image files are gone. I know that this also used to be the case for some of the small icons in the main thread displays within the forums (i.e. they'd be missing when the old AK forum software went down), but those seem to be intact now.

I suspect VK issues may not get much attention from the admins until all the AK issues with ZF are resolved, unfortunately.

And I'm the founder of the AK/VK sites.

Lemme share something. When I started AK back in June of 2002, I couldn't do web code to save my life. Here we are in 2016, and the same still applies.

My position relates to interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and site structure, just like Captain Picard on the Enterprise. But I ain't no Geordi La Forge

One good thing about that is you're not too white and nerdy to bowl with the gangstas.

Any idea why I get all these question marks in boxes when I try to reply to a post?

This is an issue that happened when they upgraded Audiokarma, all the icons for the various formatting buttons disappeared.

I still have the labels but they run off the edge of the screen, everything still works, it's just unsightly.

Interesting...I can see the picture when I am using the Chrome browser, but not in IE or Firefox.

I'll attach it just as a thumbnail to click on this time.
