Panasonic Tau CT30WX15N - Power Supply

Does anyone have any detailed advice on troubleshooting the primary power supply of a 30" Panasonic Tau CT30WX15N hi def CRT TV? The 6.3A fuse popped. After replacing the fuse and plugging the TV back in, it still will not power up.

With 120VAC at terminals AC1 and the fuse, power is not getting through to the AC2 terminals on the A-board where it's supposed to jump to the D-Board.

Thanks, in advance ...

Never worked on one but there is almost always
a fusable just before the rectifies. If thats gone
odds are the output FET for the SMPS is dead
shorted. Without the manual I cant say much
more. There are too many ways to build the PS &
turn a set on/off etc.
