The only time I've seen the OEM private label item be the original item, and then sold by the company who made it as their own brand.
Definitely unusual, but if you've owned them it makes sense. The TR3000 was my first working RTR deck and most RTRs I've gotten since at best match its performance/reliability. They are very good sounding solid mechs.
