My 1969 or 70 RCA.

Found this picture on some negatives I was sorting, it's the only picture of this set that I know of.

The set was won by my Mother in a local Grocery Store Raffle, a timely event since our old GE had died a few months previously.

Not sure what year this was but I look about 14 or 15 so maybe 73-75, the box of Kleenex tells me I was probably dealing with a Cold.

The back is still on the set so it was before the tuner shaft broke off though I don't see the VHF knob in this picture so maybe it was right after it broke but before I removed the back and stuck a knob on the rear of the tuner shaft.

This set was very unreliable, it broke down numerous times but I wish I still had it, it had a good picture for a cheap set.

The picture is faded but it was the Harvest Gold color popular at the time it was made.

I found a similar set on eBay a few years ago but with a woodgrain cabinet and a slightly different tube lineup.
