Ah, yes, the poolside TV. They delivered mine the same day that my jetpack arrived in the mail.

Pretty hard for that to fall into the water. Doesn't even look like it was on, probably not plugged in either. At least it wasn't a toaster.

Oh you mean the TV. I'm thinking if she's holding a glass in the pool that is very dangerous. Hopefully it's plastic.

I wonder if she'll get in trouble for taking her chair into the pool?

There is a picture I have seen (that was maybe even posted in this topic!), that shows a person watching a Sentinel 400TV 7-inch portable set-on the edge of a bathtub!

Nope, that TV was a run-of-the-mill upright 50s console that was well away from the tub.

That's the name that I remember as well, but I just found some of his posts and there is *no* avatar showing at all. He hasn't posted for over a month, hope he is ok!

"Our first TV set" and the name of the man and wife is written on the back of this photo that arrived to me a few days ago.

I found this photo on the Best Buy website today while shopping for speakers for my GE 7700 amp. Believe me... it got my attention... to go to a Best Buy site and find a cool looking old set! It kinda looks like one of those cool General Electric 21" sets that would have the big-ass speaker.

Anyway, the Magnolia Company sound like a store. Anyone here ever shop there? From their page... http://www.magnoliaav.com/about-us/history
