Someone on craigslist is selling a bunch of wind up Victrolas.

I think I've seen the Sam's Photofact folder on that unit ('46-'47). That one should turn out nice once it's restored.

It's in Rider's volume 15, as well. The schematic shows a strange circuit for the tone control. The tone control only affects the record reproduction. The feedback circuit is a little novel too.

I have the same changer I parted out from a roached Knight radio/phono I had when I was about 11.

I believe that the changer in that unit is an Oak Model 555 if I remember right, I have the sams folder for it if you need it.
