Cute Admiral 14" Bakelite w/ good 'Tube!

Nice complete chassis with tubes and picture tube that tests respectable - $65 - (no cleaning or rejuvenation had been applied to CRT) local pick-up 53215.

Is it an Admiral? That's even better: it will have half the components of a Zenith and actually work good after wax caps changed!

That's either a 16" or 17" CRT , good sets but I'm not close enough or would be nice.
I wouldn't do anything to that CRT , it will probably go up higher after running a while and even if it doesn't should show a good picture

Seems to have only 12" of visible diagonal picture; tube base says GE, type unknown, 70 degree rectangular w/ rounded corners + ion trap. Model number has faded out but chassis number is 2014

Looks to be the 14-inch tabletop version of the 24R12.

Can't believe Colin offered it cheaper ($45) on Craigslist than to his buddies here.

Raised prices to equal (someone said tube is valuable.) Have another bakelite Admiral in attic, will have to test its round tube (lazy.)

The set uses a 14CP4!
Needs too much cleaning and detailing after chassis restoration.
