Lots of Colr TV's For Sale with Delivery at ETF!

I'm listing these TV's and stuff for El Predicta. Be sure to contact him with any questions. He will be monitoring this thread.

Blonde Zenith Porthole. The Tyler is $650. Excellent CRT. NOTE: This TV is B&W.

The Saratoga is $695. Excellent CRT! NOTE: This TV is B&W.

RCA 19” CTC 53, 1973, works well, $395.

RCA Model HF861W. Roundie w/AM-FM stereo. TV has been gone through-not recapped. Safety glass replaced. NOS flyback. Excellent CRT. TV and radio works as they should. Phono is complete but has not been checked. Beautiful Danish styling. $695.

Westinghouse 1962 roundie Model HK-6070 H.S. ****SOLD****
Has excellent crt. Chassis not serviced. External on/off sw mounted on upper part of rear cover. $395.

Zenith roundie Model 27KC20Q. Has remote chassis and I may have a hand-held for it. Danish styling with legs. Cosmetically very good. Let me know if interested as I have a summary of what it may need. I have a duplicate set is why I’m selling this one for $495.

RCA 19” Mahogany Model GH596L. Good crt/bad cataracts. Advertised in 1967 as “mobile consolette Danish styling with convenient high handle for moving.” This set was fine a few years back. Now needs a ‘lytic or 2. Price of $695 -for a set hardly ever seen before or after -includes a nos flyback as a spare.

RCA 19” Colonial Maple consolette similar to the mahogany set, with rollers. Rough cosmetically. Has good crt/bad cataracts. Not checked except trips circuit breaker immediately so start with power supply diodes. Priced at $325 includes nos flyback.*****SOLD******

This is the chassis as used in the CT-100.

This is a parts chassis with no flyback or tubes. Other parts removed from the HV cage. $295.

Other items of interest not shown include a complete COLORDAPTOR with the color wheel, Colordaptor chassis, RCA 9T240 tv with good 10BP4, factory service information, and a detailed notebook of the original owner who made a presentation to our local VRPS radio club with it in 1990. Complete but as is, $795. *****SOLD*****

ALSO-a CBS C-205. Complete, very clean lime oak finish with double doors. 19VP22 makes a raster but is suspect (green gun.)
A serviceman’s dream for servicing this 1954 rare set-a modular set. It’s extremely heavy and I disassembled it in 10 minutes.

Plus-A Motorola 19CT2. Very clean. Has an excellent RCA 21AXP22. Since there’s one in the auction, I won’t compete with it. I may sell it later this year.

There may be more later this month, so stay tuned! Time and space permitting, delivery is possible to the ETF Convention.

Rats, the only priced item I wanted* sells before I see it.

*Everything else is ~2x what I'd estimate was the upper market value I'd get if I was trying to sell it...Which kinda dampens my interest in things I'd otherwise consider.

But think of all the miles you’d have to drive to get an item. Delivery to Hilliard’s included!

This.

I bought Larry's CTC-7 Grenoble, and yeah, I paid retail for it. But I didn't have to drive all the way down to Texas. That more than made up for the slightly higher cost compared to eBay or Craigslist. Often the hardest part of getting the set you want is getting the damn thing from A to B in one piece...

If everyone went by that logic, most interstate swapmeets would be the worst place to get a good deal rather than the best(as they are).

I always count delivery to the ETF as a gratis deal when I pre-sell (I've also offered to transport gratis for others when I'm able)...Heck if I'm especially motivated to unload something I'll bring it to the ETF with no buyer lined up, and find a way not to bring it back. If I'm going to be going there anyway to buy stuff I may as well drag stuff along to sell and not count the gas in the price since I was going to burn the same gas going there as a 'buyer only' as I would going as a 'seller' (or reasonably close to it)...The same logic applies to me delivering stuff: if I have space, and am going there anyway; the only difference it makes for me is building goodwill in the community/with the person I'm helping.

Wow, I would absolutely love to give that little RCA Colonial Maple Consolette, with rollers, a new and permanent home! That is absolutely identical to the set my older brother and sister-in-law bought, brand new, after they were married in 1966. They owned that little set many years, had RCA Factory Service maintain it, I know in it's life, it had the CRT replaced twice, and I think only one flyback, just other tubes and tuner repairs. Yes, that set I would enjoy, but cannot for the over $300 price, even with or without a spare FBT. Hopefully someone can give these RCA's a new home.

I have a Hickok AC-51 tube tester, a relatively early type, available. One of the corner hinges is rusted all to hell. It may have spent some time in a flood. Untested. $15 takes her home.

I also have a B&K Television Analyst available. Model 1076. CRT for the FSS lights up. That's all I've tested. $20 takes her home.

Hello, I am Looking for a 8DP4 CRT for a 8-PT-7010 Television. If anyone going to ETF sees one, and is willing to ship it to California, please PM me.

Note, if someone has a 8-PT series set with a good CRT, and if the price is right, that will be fine as well.

Thank you

-Trevor
