These look like ceramic caps...69K is probably 69 picofarad, 200K may be 200 picofarad...it would probably be better to install brand new caps for replacements though, as you definitely would know their working voltage and know they were good. Most old ceramic or mica caps should be OK but would not ever re-use old paper or electrolytics.
