Crispy Critter

Here's a picture of the power transformer out of my RCA 8-T-243.

I'm guessing there was no one around when this baby started cooking, must have smoked up the whole house!

They can pack a lot of smoke into a component like a transformer. That is why so much comes out when they fail.
Good thing this one didn't take the house with it.
