Here's some just taken photos of this prop monitor.

As you can see in the cross hatch, it's pretty clear why they decided against using it as what a PVM should be used for.. Just judging by what I seen of this monitor in use in the X-Files show, it's ALWAYS had this geometry problem.

Also, ignore the banding effect in the pictures, my iPhones shutter speed doesn't match well to this screen..

At least the color accuracy is there, and it's 65k calibrated from the factory, and when I tested it, it was STILL accurate via one of those calibration spider things.
