1982 RCA 19" color set (CTC108)

This was in with a bunch of TVs that I bought from a guy (I would have actually been doing him a favor by hauling them off, LOL).

It's a 19" RCA from 1982 (likely uses a CTC108 chassis) and uses a single-knob varactor tuner (I need to locate a knob).

The CRT is very bright, but the picture looks like crap (noise in the picture, ghosts, etc.). It's been awhile since I worked on one of these, but I seem to remember a coil that would drift out of alignment and cause that problem. When these are working right, they produce a great picture.
