I know in my experience at least the old dial/preset bezels for the old 1930s and '40s vintage Philco console radios are almost always shrunk and cracked/broken and to buy a NOS Bezel is almost $300 plus shipping from places like Radio Daze and everyone's favorite auction site, so if there would be a way to make those bezels so that they're cheaper than buying NOS then that would be something to consider as well...

The local library now has a 3D printer/scanner.I should go up there and see what it can do.
