I have a watch on this set. I think it is 1949 and not 1950s. It's about a fifty mile drive one way. I was half way there today picking up a SC-10. I have a set of beer costers with US television printed on them so I should get this TV to go with them?

Wow! the cabinet looks perfect! Hope you get it and post some pics of the insides. I'm with you on the dating, It's a late 40's set.

It is in Rider 3, so it is late 40s.

They are mainly known for their projection sets for bars and clubs in 1947-48. For a brief time they had more sets in these places than any other manufacturer until RCA overtook them.

I've seen one of those T-508's in person. It's absoutely hideous....I passed on it for $50 about 10 years ago.
