Anyone got a Sam's for a late tube GE Portacolor?

So I picked a Portacolor up at the ETF. When I variaced it I got a green screen. As I was trying to tune in video the bottom of the vertical rolled up on me and hasn't come back (I was able to get decent color on it despite that and tin whiskers in the screen pots).

I can't find the vertical linearity control and if that isn't it I'll probably need the Sam's to find my way around.
The Sam's for this is 1384-1, and when I dug it out I found out -1 is missing from my copy of 1384.... Anyone know where I can find an original copy?

IIRC the lin pot is on the rear of the HV box area & is a wire wound.
I will look for SAMS later, should have it.
