HDMI signal over component cables

Hey everyone. I have component video cables installed under the floor of my living room between the DVD player and the TV. Looks like the new hardware all has HDMI outputs. Can I use two of these adapters to get an HDMI signal to the TV through my component video cables?

Most of the adapters only work in one direction. They either convert HDMI to component, or the other way. This would defeat the DRM also, so most blu-ray movies wouldn't play. and you might only get standard def, not HD. I'm no expert on the digital stuff though, others here would know more.

I don't think that cable converts the signal. And I don't really want it to. I have an HDMI input on the TV. I just don't have a good way to get the signal there.
