Emerson Swingmate Cobra Portable Turntable
Don't think this is antique yet.. So I picked this up at a goodwill about 4 or 5 years ago.. It's missing the needle and the whole cartridge.. Plugged it in and I hear it turn on and the arm goes back into place as it should.. I would like to get this thing working,. Does anyone know where I can pick up the whole cartridge and needle for this thing? I did a google search and saw some models like this with stackable option.. Let me know.. Thanks..

I bought a GE changer in that SAME plastic cabinet from an antique shop in the mid 90's...So some considered it antique then...
Sometimes the correct cart is NLA or costs more than the TT will ever be worth; in those cases specing out a sub can work. I'd look for a Sam's for it. It may list the cart and if it doesn't then it ought to give you an idea of the input voltage expected from the cart. Any cart with that output voltage, the right styli for the record types it can play, reasonably close tracking force, and compatible mounting methods can be made to work.

The record players from this era would be considered more vintage than antique. You can find replacement cartridges and needles at the Voice of Music website. The link is http://www.thevoiceofmusic.com/ The owners name is Gary and is who you ask for if you need any help. I've been dealing with him for years and he is an excellent resource for stuff like this. Good Luck!

Thanks.. I just need to know what to get.. Looks like it's made by Panasonic or at least some of the insides are, but then says made in Puerto Rico.. The shell has no screw holes anywhere, so I would imagine the original snaps into place some how..

You have standard 1/2 spaced lugs made into your headshell. It appears they weren't used previously but can be used to mount the clip that will hold your new cartridge in. The clip is included with most of these cartridges. The VM site also sells these screws so ask about those too. You will need the short ones. The snap in cartridge is no longer available.
