Oldest Intact TV Transmitter Before 2009

Yes, I know there may be RCA's and such that have digital exciters in them as backups. But, before the 2009 demise of full-power NTSC, who in the U.S. had the oldest TV transmitter in daily use? As a backup? Or, rotting away neglected?
