Probably near the flyback, possably on the conv board.
Sony marks things well so look on the conv board for the voltages.
Start at the harmonica connectors. There may be other voltages coming
in like 5V, 9V, 12V to run the rest of the board.
If it has resistors they will be abt 1 ohm 1 watt. The coils
may look like small white rectangles with wax on the top, at
least on the older ones they did.

I was thinking of measuring the voltages IF the IC's dont
fix it.

Right. im not familiar with convergence so I'm wondering what letter it would be. Main power board is "A" and video section is "G". Those are the two biggest boards in there. Then there are CG, CR, etc. I don't even know where the thing is.

OK I get it. Dont remember what the letters were. It will
have 3 big IC's all the same on heat sinks. Maybe someone
has a manual ?

No problem. I found the two largest ics in there labeled something like STK 392 150 near the power supply but those should be audio. I'll poke around google.

Update: I guess it is the STKs. There's two and they're big. Problem is, the spares i have from the 48" are stk 392 110. Will 110 replace the 150 or no?
