Need Help - Sears solid state radio clock tv model 5029

Ok... so I finally got one. Price was right... which means it has issues. Need some advice. Remember I am still a novice..
Ok.. so I have power.. clock and alarm works.... radio kind of works but volume is barely heard even when all the way up.... tv only has what you see below - a thick line across the tube... the volume seems fine on it though...
I popped the back. The V and H hold seem to work but the picture still only goes about an inch. The tube lights up and the fuses I can see seem to still be good....
ideas?
