Hello from SE Michigan

Longtime radio collector who just picked up a Dumont RA-105 in a blonde Colony cabinet. I am also looking at an RCA 8-T-241, one of these may be my first television restoration.

Nice sets, but 2 of the most cap heavy sets out there. You will think you've done a fleet of radios by the time your done, and then you'll still have some troubleshooting and a bunch of adjustments left...I'd probably start on a common mid 50's-60's set or a Muntz.

+1 . I've done at least 10 sets similar to your 8T241 and the resistor networks still give me nightmares from time to time.
