KOF = "Bosch"-"Fernseh"?
After they've equyped the studios from Bucharest I don't think there was any new need for b & w cameras.
Iaşi (Jassy) was a regional studio, so they made some economies. I think other regional studios had East-Europeanen made cameras... once I stumbeled on an article about this matter, but forgot where.
I will ask what cameras they've used in December of 1989. They did had U-Matic and Betacam by that time. But didn't saticons had a much vivid image then plumbicons?
Where did you've seen KCU40 with Timişoara logo?
P.A.L. colour cameras where imported in 1979-1980.
I think in U.S.S.R. there where made some color tv cameras. Maybe the plumbicon tubes where imported. Czechs made some plumbicon cameras: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vRKSO0Gfovc
