The dates are on the manual, and in the printed index.

I didn't download it.

Click the symbol next to the green arrow. You'll be walked through a checkout process.

That's one reason I only use lithium batteries in remotes that use AA or AAA cells. They cost a king's ransom (well, not exactly), but they last a heck of a long time and seem to hold up well. The remote that came with my 1987 Sony contained off-brand batteries of unknown age. Apparently that TV was also out of service for years. Again, the batteries were working, not leaking, but removed. Two of my mom's remotes were destroyed by leaking batteries.

Hopefully someone with a Sams subscription could help you then. Unfortunately I don't have one.

What's the screen size in that anyway? Kind of hard to tell from the photos. Looks like one of the larger "portables", the only thing qualifying it as being portable being the handle.

My mint '66 portacolor with NIB crt was lost in a storm. Looking for a new one myself..but I know I will never find one in that condition with brand-new crt again. 11SP22 was the tube..it had coarse phosphor dots but was literally used for less than 5 or 6 hours total.
